Senior Property Manager
Tammy joined the ProEquity Asset Management team in July 2018 in El Dorado Hills, CA as a Junior Property Manager, but she was promoted to Property Manager in 2022. Her responsibilities encompass the activities of 2 main roles: administrative and more importantly, customer service. Her overall focus is on understanding, implementing, advocating for, and carrying out client and tenant ambitions.
Her history of involvement in the real estate world started at Coldwell Banker/NRT LLC as a Realtor, connecting people to their dream homes. She then made her move to commercial real estate in the Bay Area, as an executive assistant for Borelli Investment Company where she assisted the CEO and Senior manager with management and leasing for retail, commercial, and warehouse portfolios. As a result of her outstanding work ethic and drive, Tamara has advanced again, and in 2023, she was promoted to Senior Property Manager where we know she will continue to thrive and pursue excellence.
A California native, Tammy graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Marketing. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys staying active with snowboarding, kayaking, and hiking with her German Shepherds.
