Tammy brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as Senior Property Manager at ProEquity Asset Management, based in El Dorado Hills, CA. She joined the team in July 2018 as a Junior Property Manager and quickly rose through the ranks to become Property Manager in 2022, before being promoted again to Senior Property Manager in 2023. In her current capacity, Tammy’s responsibilities span two crucial roles: administrative oversight and, most importantly, ensuring exceptional customer service. Her focus is on understanding, implementing, advocating for, and executing the ambitions of both clients and tenants.
Tammy’s journey in real estate began at Coldwell Banker/NRT LLC, where she served as a Realtor, helping clients find their ideal homes and establishing herself as a trusted advisor in residential real estate. Eager to broaden her expertise, she transitioned to commercial real estate in the Bay Area, joining Borelli Investment Company as an executive assistant. In this role, Tammy played a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and Senior Manager with the management and leasing of retail, commercial, and warehouse portfolios. Her outstanding work ethic and drive did not go unnoticed, leading to her promotion to Senior Property Manager in 2023, a testament to her commitment to excellence.
A proud California native, Tammy holds a degree in Marketing from San Jose State University, which has equipped her with valuable skills in strategic communication and client relations. Beyond her professional achievements, Tammy is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys staying active with snowboarding, kayaking, and hiking with her beloved German Shepherds.
