With over 20 years of experience in leasing and sales at various companies in Northern California, including Terranomics Retail Services, Colliers International, and CB Richard Ellis. Keith Mellor joined ProEquity as Director of Transaction Services and is now the Vice President of ProEquity. Keith provides leadership for ProEquity’s leasing team and is responsible for strategic initiatives focused on the development of ProEquity’s tenant representation portfolio. Over the past 10 years, Keith has completed transactions with a total consideration of over $78M, partnering with retailers and property owners to identify and secure properties that meet their requirements for relocation and expansion.
Keith is an alumnus of California State University in Chico, where he received a bachelor of arts degree in Communications. Keith excelled in commercial real estate and in 2013, he was awarded the CB Richard Ellis Rookie of the Year. He is currently an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
