With over 20 years of experience in leasing and sales across Northern California, Keith Mellor brings a wealth of expertise to ProEquity Asset Management Corporation. His impressive career includes key roles at Terranomics Retail Services, Colliers International, and CB Richard Ellis. Keith joined ProEquity as the Director of Transaction Services and has since risen to the position of Vice President. In this role, he provides strong leadership to ProEquity’s leasing team and spearheads strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the firm’s tenant representation portfolio.
Keith’s track record over the past decade speaks volumes about his capabilities. He has successfully completed transactions totaling over $78 million, collaborating with both retailers and property owners to identify and secure properties that fulfill their relocation and expansion needs. His deep understanding of the market and strategic approach have been instrumental in driving ProEquity’s growth and success.
A proud alumnus of California State University, Chico, Keith earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. His excellence in commercial real estate was recognized early on when he was awarded the CB Richard Ellis Rookie of the Year in 2013. Keith is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
