Eva Marie Davis joined the ProEquity team in May 2025 as a Property Manager, bringing with her a strong background in managing a diverse portfolio of assets, including industrial properties, receiverships, and multi-family assets. With years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of tenant and property needs, Eva has built a reputation for being proactive, reliable, and results-driven.
Known for her outgoing personality and approachable communication style, Eva is committed to fostering positive, long-lasting relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors. Outside of work, Eva is a creative force. She writes fantasy novels, hosts a podcast, and is an avid music lover. She also enjoys collecting comics and character statues. Eva lives with her husband, their dog, and two cats — all of whom keep her on her toes and inspired.
